While many people relax and enjoy the holidays, some retail executives are losing sleep thinking about the all-important fourth quarter, in which some companies rake in 30% of their annual sales. For those whose business is struggling, the holiday season can be make or break, creating momentum – or failing to do so – for the rest of the year. Here are six retailers who could really use a strong holiday shopping season to boost investors’ confidence and stem the tide of losses.
