Molson Coors Falls Flat in the First Quarter

It seems as if Molson Coors lost some fizz in the first quarter. The brewer saw volumes fall nearly five percent Wednesday morning. Molson Coors is struggling to adapt to shifting consumer tastes. More Americans are turning away from beer. This marks the sixth consecutive quarter of declining volumes. Coors executives hope that pricing can pick up the struggling brand.

Miller Lite held steady with its market share, and Molson is hoping to be more productive with its ad spending on these two stalwart brands.
