Mandy Hougland is a certified supply chain professional. She has spent nearly twenty years in the consumer packaged goods industry where her focus has been on serving national retail accounts. Her contributions have led to process improvements and cost savings, as well as public recognition for the companies in which she has worked.

Mandy is currently the Director of Operations for Savino Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Savino, Mandy spent six years at Clorox working on the Walmart & Sam’s Club sales teams in Northwest Arkansas.

She also worked for the world’s largest juvenile products manufacturing company, Dorel Juvenile Group. While there, she earned the Walmart Collaboration Award.

Mandy was instrumental in developing the highly successful supply chain and retail replenishment curriculum for the Certified Retail Analyst (CRA) Program at Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC). She has led this classroom-based course since its inception in 2011. She also teaches project management for Arkansas Technical University.

Mandy enjoys volunteering, and has filled leadership roles in many industry-related organizations, such as the Northwest Arkansas Retail Link User’s Group, and the Association for Operations Management (APICS) Supply Chain Council. She currently serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs for the NWA Chapter of APICS.

Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University. She achieved Retail Supply Chain Certification (RSCC) in 2009 from the Retail Industry Leaders’ Association (RILA). She was recognized as one of the area’s top professionals by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal in their 2011 Forty Under 40 awards.
