James Harris is the Founder and President of High Impact Analytics, providing insight development and supply chain support for CPG companies, doing business with big-box retailers.
James began his career in replenishment at Walmart in 1999. He spent five years with Unilever Foods, first as a sales analyst, before moving into Category Management and National Accounts Management.
James started Retail Business Consulting in 2007, which became High Impact Analytics in 2010, to focus on helping small and mid-sized manufacturers execute well, and compete against their larger competitors at Walmart, Sam's Club, Target and Walgreens. As the HIA team and capabilities has grown, the mission stays the same, to equip great companies to succeed with the world's largest retailers, by providing best-in-class service on insights, replenishment, reporting, item creation and supply chain.
