Forever 21 Reopens International Online Store

Following its bankruptcy, Forever 21 is reopening its international online store. Though the fast-fashion retailer intends to focus on the United States and Latin America, e-commerce gives it a way to continue to serve customers in other parts of the world. Historically, Forever 21 has neglected e-commerce, leaving it vulnerable when its stores failed to impress a new generation.

In a statement, Forever 21 President Alex Ok said that the retailer has seen ongoing demand from customers in regions where it has plans to exit. “Ecommerce forms a large chunk of the profitable core of our operations…” he said.
