Plan B – Monetizing Your Expertise on the Outside

This one-on-one collaboration session is designed to explore and develop a plan around opportunities for leveraging skills, experiences, and relationships in order to monetize yourself if and when you find yourself on the outside.

Sure, things are going great at work now. But as companies constantly evolve in order to stay relevant in a rapidly changing marketplace, managers are more and more likely to experience displacement as a result of downsizing and restructures. And some just need a plan for staying challenged in retirement.

Matt Fifer is a proponent of having a Plan B, an alternative strategy that involves taking preemptive steps now, in order to begin monetizing your experience and key relationships quickly if and when you need to.
