CVS Announces Locations of the 46 Stores It Plans to Close
CVS Health announced it will close 46 stores nationwide. The company said the stores in question were “underperforming.” This comes as the company moves toward having more health care services in its retail stores. The store closings are less than one percent of the 9,600 stores.
The closures, which happened over the last two months, include a 64,000-square-foot location in Springfield, Missouri, once described as the largest CVS in the world.
