At Least 11 Amazon Warehouses Have Been Hit with Coronavirus Cases

As consumers across the country increasingly rely on online retailers to get them the goods they need, Amazon in particular is being hit hard – and in more ways than one. Demand is huge and growing, resulting in delivery delays as much as a month long. In the mean time, Amazon warehouses (11 so far) are being hit with coronavirus cases, and frightened employees are saying that the online retailer should do more to protect them.

The spread of the virus within Amazon’s massive logistics operation may only add to the anxiety among workers who previously told CNN Business they felt Amazon should be doing more to protect the hundreds of thousands in its warehouse facilities across the US.
