Amazon has reportedly purchased CloudEndure, an Israeli disaster recovery startup. Rumors put the purchase price between $200 million and $250 million. CloudEndure offers disaster recovery for customers of cloud computing. The service provides a backup in the event of disasters such as weather, cyberattacks, or political issues.

It can help you recover and get back and running in another place, no matter where your data lives, by providing a continuous backup and migration between clouds and private data centers.
